Johnson & Alday’s Workers’ Compensation Team Successfully Resolved Numerous Workers’ Comp Claims in Q3
The Johnson & Alday workers’ compensation team of Bobby Johnson and Catherine Manavi are proud to announce a great third quarter culminating with numerous successfully resolved workers’ compensation claims and very happy clients. Some highlights include:
- $80,000.00 settlement for a 55-year-old Over-the-Road driver who slipped and fell, tearing his left rotator cuff. The insurance company paid for the rotator cuff repair but denied any treatment the employee’s back pain that began after the slip and fall.
- $141,250.00 settlement for a 52-year-old flooring measurer who was rear-ended while driving to a client’s residence. The employee sustained a non-surgical neck injury and head injury and developed a pulmonary embolism while recovering from the accident.
- $50,000.00 settlement for a 49-year-old machine operator who had repetitive-use tennis elbow in both arms and a tendon tear in one arm. The tendon tear occurred when the employee was supposed to be working “light duty” and was forced to perform her tasks with one arm.
Bobby and Catherine are advocates for injured workers and work diligently to make sure their clients are fairly compensated for the injuries they sustain on the job.
