Born and raised in Gwinnett County, Georgia, Carson has always been passionate about serving others and building strong relationships within her community. She attended Truett-McConnell University on a soccer scholarship, where she earned a Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Missionary Studies. She later continued her education at Truett-McConnell, earning a Master of Business Management.
As the Operations Manager at the firm, Carson brings more than six years of leadership experience across healthcare, customer service, marketing, project management, and team development. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in healthcare coordination, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, and client-focused service. Her management experience has taught her the value of teamwork, accountability, and creating systems that help both people and businesses succeed.
Known for her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, Carson is passionate about supporting those around her and helping teams reach their full potential. She believes that effective communication and strong leadership are key components of any successful organization and strives to lead by example each day.
Outside of the office, she is a self-proclaimed sports and fitness enthusiast who enjoys spending her free time playing soccer, working out, attending sporting events, and traveling with her husband, David, whom she married in May 2026. Their family also includes two Australian Shepherds, Denver and Leia, who keep life fun and active. Whether at work or in her personal life, she is motivated by a desire to support others, make a positive impact, and always gives her best.
