I’m Attorney Bobby Johnson of Johnson & Alday. I want to talk to you today about emergency medical treatment following a car wreck in this video. Right now, we’re in unprecedented times because of the pandemic that we’re all experiencing. Emergency rooms are overflowing.
People are flocking there for treatment from the COVID virus. Going to the emergency room after a wreck right now might not be in your best interest. And in some counties, it’s not even an option, as hospitals are overwhelmed dealing with the pandemic. We’ve seen clients in certain situations be denied emergency medical care on the side of the road because ambulance companies are hesitant to come to the scene because of the pandemic.
So what can you do if you’ve been in a wreck?
